THE ADAM AND BLAZE STORY
Adam & Blaze shipped to Florence Packing, BUT...they were returned to Chuck Walker along with CASINO. CBEr allowed supporters to believe that these 2 horses were dead until the news was leaked out. At that point they did a broad banning of members who questioned what had happened.
ADAM was severely injured in a fall in the truck. He was left at the lot for almost a week before being moved to Camelot farms to be tended by Sam...who charged CBEr boarding fees and all the medical expenses. 9/5/07 - UPDATE FROM A NON CBER SOURCE! "Adam is not at Sam's. Adam is safe (and fat and happy) at XXXX'X in California."
BLAZE was put down after a long struggle with the 'lot crud' and her injuries. Apparently she had a tumor inside and was suffering colic like episodes which were getting more severe each time. CBEr president Sam was reimbursed for all expenses that she incurred tending to Adam, but Blaze's foster home was not.
A BB post from CASINO'S Rescuer
"Adam was removed from the lot the
same day Casino was brought to the ranch. I wrote Sam asking to be allowed to
tell the truth about Casino because things were leaking out, it would make it
easier for them to tell the truth about the other horses....at this time I
still confilicted in my beliefs that CBEr was a rescue-here is the response I
recieved, this response made it very clear to me exactly what CBEr was...."

"Hi XXXXX,
There are not secrets, I just do not want to get people's hopes up
about a horse that escaped death only to be put down.
Adam was looked at by a vet to assess his general well being. The
vet said that he would most likely be blind forever, put him on
Tocoprim for the infection he was suffering above his eye, and told
me to keep him updated. While Adam was on meds his infection started
to clear but once off it started to become infected again. I
suspected bone fragments above the eye, and on a second appointment
the vet said probably so. We shot some x-rays but they did not come
out as the vet had hoped. So we are having to do it again. We are
taking him in tomorrow AM and should be able to get all the x-rays
necessary for a diagnosis. It will be great because if we do not get
the right shot right away we will be at the clinic to take as many
shots as needed.
The poor horses has head stomped on the way to Stanwood, he is now
blind in one eye, and possibly has a broken jaw. The reason why I am
not announcing it yet is, why get people's hopes up when the horse
might be being put down. I doubt that will happen because he is
slowly gaining weight, and he looks happy not suffering, however if
the costs are too high and the outcome will not be positive for Adam,
he will be put down. I want to tell the story but do not want to do
so prematurely. Lets wait till we have the outcome of his x-rays,
get an idea of all the costs involved and then tell a great story.
What my original plans were, was to skip the BB and go national with
the story. That will entail a history one we do not have yet. So no
secrets just an appropriate time to tell everyone.
Thanks for your concern. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Sam"

See, I think that is a crock. When has she "gone national" with anything
except self-promotion of herself? The day Samantha Milbredt comes out with an
expose on the evil Chuck Walker feedlot and all of the abuses that take place
there or between there and Stanwood, I will eat my hunt cap. She's his
business partner. She protects him, she always has. Look how fast they pulled
the pictures off the message board of that horse that got stuck in the mud at
his hellhole. Why didn't she "go national" with that? Or Hamlet? Or the other
filly they had to euth?

So, if they were only at FP's a few days and CBER claims they came back on the
Oct 13th or there abouts... Where the hell were they in between? What does FP
plan to do about CBER saying they're the one who did this to those horses?
So, they never closed, which means that CBEr lied yet again to everyone... I
wonder how long it will take them to come up with an excuse for that?
Nov 20, 2006, 10:28am
another thing to ponder, is that all 3 were returned together to chucks on the
same load approx 3 weeks ago
Nov 20, 2006, 10:31am
3 weeks ago would be October 30th. We know if was more then 3 weeks ago.
Nov 20, 2006, 10:39am
what sickens me the most is Chuck himself took those horses there, they were
down got them up and in a pen and left them in that condition and then had
them sent back on a BIG truck, would I want to give my money to someone like
that NO NO NO. I don't think fp will do anything about it unless it starts to
hurt their business
Nov 20, 2006, 10:41am
I know xxxxx, but he just threw out there 3 weeks ago, but he was adamant they
were not at his place but a few days and then shipped back to chuck, what
those poor horses had to endure because of that bastard
Nov 20, 2006, 10:42am
This makes me sick. The co-dependant relationship between Sam and the FO is
more apparent than ever. And all of the people
who give her and the FO money are also enabling him to do this. I am sick to
my stomach that I was one of them. Thank you for posting this and letting us
know the truth.
Nov 20, 2006, 10:42am
I also dont think you will see cber saying that chuck himself is responsible
for this would hurt their business that they are helping a animal abuser
Nov 20, 2006, 10:43am
your welcome xxxxxxxx, I was once with them too and it makes me even more sick
that I bought 3 of them and made him money, I am so disgusted
Nov 20, 2006, 10:44am
This doesn't sound right to me. As XXXXX pointed out, FP's timeline is wrong.
We know that the horses were back there by Oct 13, NOT Oct 30. Also, it makes
no sense to me that Chuck brought those horses on his own trailer, they were
rejected, and then he didn't take them back on his own trailer. I don't think
the injuries that those horses got could be done in gooseneck with three
horses in it. Something smells fishy.
Nov 20, 2006, 10:45am
Thanks for doing this xxxx. It's just another nail in the coffin for cber.
I wonder with all this flack, FP will even take chuck's horses any
longer......now THAT would be interesting.
Nov 20, 2006, 10:45am
The time line could be off........maybe this FP guy isn't sure of the exact
date they were returned. After all, how many horses does he deal with EVERY
DAY? Thousands?
The point is, they were only at FP for a few days and were well fed by the
employees there.
CHUCK did this to those horses and CBER knew it..............and did nothing
to help until weeks and weeks later. Then when Damage opened this can of
worms, they covered their asses and Chuck's by lying and saying FP did this to
the horses.
What is it going to take to make the supporters wake up to the fact that CBER
will LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO COVER THEIR OWN ASSES AND CHUCKS? WHAT WILL IT
TAKE
